
Return & Shipping Policy
Thank you for your purchase. Your product will be processed and shipped within 2 business days and will ship through the USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail (2-5 business days per USPS). You will be provided a tracking number with the USPS once your order has shipped.
If for any reason you have any issues with your purchase, you may return it to us for an exchange or a store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS:
All returns must be postmarked within 5 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be unused and will only be accepted if the product is damaged on arrival or defective. After receiving your product if a Return is required you must contact us within 5 days to advise of the damaged/defective product at info@yourmedaesthetics.com and we will provide you with a return processing number to send back with your product. Your product will not be replaced or a store credit will not be given unless the return processing number is provided with the returned product.
